Another day in the office
After a decent amount of huffing and exasperated noises from the corner of the office, while attempting to phone DHL, someone, who shan't be named, comes out with this nugget of gold:I was made to have an assistant; I can't do stuff like this.

It will shock everyone to know that it is raining in Dublin. I know, it came as a big surprise to me as well.
We are full in swing after a long time away. IC definitely had a powerful impact on us all and, I think we could all agree, brought a new energy into the office and all of our meetings. There's a new sense of urgency and we're more confident than ever that Irish students are simply insane if they don't take the bait this year.
Our CEEDers arrived only days after we returned. Our flat is resembling a hostel a bit more day after day. Currently, we are seven from four different countries. Tomorrow we will be nine from six. Sunday, again we will be eight from six. [this means that if you're travelling, please stop in for a night (with sweets of both the candy and alcoholic variety) because the more the merrier. but of course.]

yet a dreary morning...
We must be sure to first note the date, which happens to be the 15th August, 2006. Normally, one would consider that a part of the summer months. Apparently, Dublin is not aware of this.Prue and I have found ourselves wrapped in layers, shivering like the leaves on a tree that you have to explicitly go to a park to see (perhaps we miss a bit of greenery and the sea--none of us are what would be considered city folk?).

She's resorted to wearing hiking boots, and I've even made myself wear shoes indoors.
Aine, on the other hand, is apparently fighting a losing battle with the sock monster.

Cleaning day at 63, Gardiner Street
But not just any other cleaning day, but one also full of discoveries...We've found old presentation materials and brochures from back in the 90's....back then AIESEC in Ireland had a Graduate Brochure for the Careers Fairs that could compete with today's gradIreland brochure...just amazing...
